2. Description of Service
MUDIA provides AI-powered YouTube timestamp and chapter generation tools for content creators. The Service is operated by MUDIA, based in the United Kingdom.
3. Account Registration
You must sign in using a valid Google account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
5. Usage Limits
Each plan includes a monthly quota of timestamp generations. Unused generations do not roll over. MUDIA reserves the right to enforce fair use policies and suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The timestamps and chapter markers generated by MUDIA are yours to use freely. MUDIA retains ownership of all software, designs, and technology underlying the Service.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for automated or bulk processing beyond your plan limits, resale of generated output without attribution, or any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
MUDIA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MUDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Termination
MUDIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
